Moody is a hands-on emotional regulation and communication tool designed to help children navigate big feelings in a safe, concrete way.

Each My Moody Monster® doll is intentionally designed to be pulled apart and put back together, allowing children to externalize emotions physically before they have the words to explain how they feel. This tactile interaction helps slow emotional moments down and opens the door to supportive conversations with trusted adults.
