Also, it’s a controversial topic right now but I wanted to share my thoughts on Simone Biles’ decision regarding her mental health. As a woman living with PTSD and Depression, I approach the topic with the reminder that Simone lives with the repercussions of the sexual abuse she endured by the team doctor.
