Today's Moody Story Time focuses on small ways to help cope when we are angry and frustrated. So many things that happen during the day can make us grumpy and maybe a little forgetful of other's feelings.
This boy's friend Liam (I have a son named Liam!) helps him to calm his grumpy feelings by using mindfulness and focusing on breathing. Included is a great coping skill for in the moment breathing. We try it and like it!

Focusing and calming mind and body can be very hard for children with these diagnoses, as well as for other kids.
